Gustavo’s coffee is remarkably complex and nuanced. A floral note reminiscent of tea rose on the nose makes way for a cup marked by its profound sweetness, persimmon character and black tea base.
After five seasons of purchasing coffee from one single producer, Ciriaco Quispe, in Puno, Peru, we are finally adding a second single producer lot from the region. Like Ciriaco, Gustavo Paraedez is a member of the Inambari Cooperative, and also like Ciriaco, we are absolutely in love with his coffee.
