Produced by the Yamaguchi family, this matcha comes from Hoshinomura, which is located in Yame inside the Fukuoka Prefecture of Japan.

- For thin preparation, use 2g matcha and 80g of hot water (190°F), whisk vigorously with a chasen (matcha whisk) in a "Z" motion for roughly 20 seconds.
