Produced using a blend of Yabukita, Oku Yutaka, Saemidori, and Okumidori cultivars, this is an excellent matcha. Fresh and delicately textured, this is a wonderfully approachable and gentle tea.
Produced by the Yamaguchi family, this matcha comes from Yame in the Fukuoka Prefecture of Japan.
- Brewing Notes
- For thin preparation, use 2g matcha and 80g of hot water (190°F), whisk vigorously with a chasen (matcha whisk) in a "Z" motion for roughly 20 seconds.
