Intense florals and deep sweetness are balanced by an almost green tea-like spring vegetable character. Produced from the Qing Xin cultivar and grown at 800 meters above sea level, this Spring 2018 harvest is a delight to drink.

Brewing Notes
Using 195°F water, steep 1/2 gram of leaf per ounce of water for 2-3 minutes.
