Our final Ethiopian Seasonal Offering from the 2016-17 harvest, Bokasso is rife with citrus and stone fruit over a brisk black tea-like base.
The Bokasso Cooperative in Sidama, Southern Ethiopia is responsible for producing this gorgeous coffee. Grown by many smallholder producers and processed at the Bokasso washing station, which is overseen by the Sidama Coffee Farmer’s Cooperative Union, this lot is comprised primarily of garden coffee, which is coffee that would have been grown on each smallholder’s property along with foodstuffs for the family.
