Thanks to the Gesha Village’s exacting approach to dry processing, this spectacular lot from Oma plot ranks among the finest “naturals” that our team has ever tasted. In addition to an intoxicating creamy raspberry quality, the coffee’s aromatics offer a beautiful floral note reminiscent of jasmine. In the cup, clean flavors of mixed berries and ripe stone fruit are elegantly balanced by a soft and deeply sweet milk chocolate base.
At 471 hectares, Gesha Village is one of the largest coffee estates Passenger works with. Amazingly it also happens to produce some of the finest coffees we purchase each year. Produced from the Gesha 1931 heirloom variety, this dry processed selection from the 2022 harvest provides yet another beautiful example of what this legendary estate has achieved through a highly intentional focus on extraordinary plant genetics and meticulous processing methods.
