This lot, from Gopaldhara Estate in the Mirik Valley of Darjeeling does just that. Grown on some of the highest land in all of Darjeeling, this tea has a delicate citrus and bamboo shoot aroma that leads beautifully into a royal yellow liquor replete with eucalyptus and vanilla qualities.
- Brewing Notes
- Using 195°F water, steep 1/2 gram of leaf per ounce of water for 3-4 minutes. For successive infusions steep at least 5 minutes.
