The farm that made Gesha famous, Hacienda La Esmeralda has been a staple on Passenger’s Reserve Lot menu since our inception. Though this is our fourth season buying from this legendary farm, the 2018 harvest is the first time we purchased a Dry Processed version of this unique variety.
Intensely fruited, while also incredibly clean, this lot has ripe strawberries and delicate florals on the nose. The cup has loads of jammy red fruits over a milk chocolate base with a slight citrus finish.
