This tea is a masterpiece.

Grown on Yushan, which translates to "Jade Mountain," this lot was produced from the Qing Xin cultivar and was grown at 1,600 meters above sea level. Farmer Luo harvested this lot in the Spring of 2018. After the initial processing of withering and rolling, this lot was passed on to an individual who specializes in charcoal roasting. The light roast on this lot is absolutely perfect, highlighting the vanilla and spice character in the cup and producing a lush caramelized sweetness. Incredibly enjoyable now, this tea will also age very well.

Brewing Notes
Using 205°F water, steep 1/2 gram of leaf per ounce of water for 2-3 minutes.
