Fresh apricot, raisin, panela, slight citrus and jasmine on the nose introduce a very pretty cup loaded with baked apple, pear and even a black currant-like acidity.

Since the end of the war in 1994, Rwanda has been the attention of very focused international aid in many areas, including agriculture. The result of this aid has been the rapid rise to stardom of the country's specialty coffee sector.
