This beautiful first-flush selection comes to us from the Rohini Tea Estate in Darjeeling, India. It was processed in a modified white tea production style: in addition to withering and drying, the leaves and buds are fixed and gently rolled. Due to the this unique approach, Rohini White Oolong lands somewhere between traditional white and oolong tea types. In the cup, this tea presents an a delicate array of floral and fruity notes, and is further distinguished by a clean, refreshing finish.
