Minimally processed, white tea production includes only two steps: withering and drying. While some teas showcase the talents of the tea maker, white teas, due to their nominal processing, primarily showcase the varietal and terroir.
Produced using pure bud material from Da Si village in Feng Qing county of Lincang, this tea is deeply satisfying. Baking spice aromatics lead into a cup replete with lush sweetness and a nice, lubricating mouthfeel.
- Brewing Notes
- Using 200°F water, steep 1/2 gram of leaf per ounce of water for 1 minute. Add 10 seconds to each successive infusion. This tea will taste great well into the fifth infusion.
