The beloved Qin Xin or 'Clear Heart,' cultivar was transported from central Taiwan to the highland regions of Vietnam where it was cultivated at a staggering 1,050 meters above sea level. The dense rainforest provides tropical fruit and lemon zest aromas while the ‘Clear Heart’ cultivar provides the familiar vanilla and baking spice characteristics.
- Brewing Method
- Using 195°F water, steep 1 gram of leaf per ounce of water for 90 seconds. For each successive infusion, steep for 30-45 seconds.
