The beloved Qin Xin or 'Clear Heart,' cultivar was transported from central Taiwan to the highland regions of Vietnam where it was cultivated at a staggering 1,050 meters above sea level. The dense rainforest provides tropical fruit and lemon zest aromas while the ‘Clear Heart’ cultivar provides the familiar vanilla and baking spice characteristics.

Brewing Method
Using 195°F water, steep 1 gram of leaf per ounce of water for 90 seconds. For each successive infusion, steep for 30-45 seconds.
