Taiwan Bi Luo Chun, meaning "Green Snail Spring," is a Taiwanese take on a classic Chinese green tea style. As with examples produced in China, a bud and one leaf were picked to produce this tea, but it also reflects the use of a special cultivar, Qingxin Ganzai, which possesses a light citrus aroma and is favored by Taiwanese producers. This lot was harvested in March, 2022 by Mr. Lee, a fourth generation tea producer.
