Harvested in April of 2016 and baked in May, this Tie Guan Yin is a masterpiece of terroir and processing. Qualities of vanilla, bamboo shoot and baking spice from the varietal and 35% oxidation level are paired beautifully with a great depth of sweetness and cooked stone fruit quality brought on by the baking process. Grown at 1,000 meters above sea level, this tea is a true pleasure to drink. Infuse the leaves multiple times to savor the rich texture and complex flavor profile of this exquisite tea.
