Harvested in April of 2016 and baked in May, this Tie Guan Yin is a masterpiece of terroir and processing. Qualities of vanilla, bamboo shoot and baking spice from the varietal and 35% oxidation level are paired beautifully with a great depth of sweetness and cooked stone fruit quality brought on by the baking process.
