Handpicked from plants grown between 400-500 meters above sea level, this lightly oxidized (15% oxidation level) lot made from the Chin Xin cultivar was produced by Mr. Won in Wen Shan, Taipei. Crystal clear and exceedingly lovely this elegant tea presents itself exactly as one would hope from a Baozhong - delicate, floral and very complex.
