Harvested in the Spring of 2017 from plants growing in Ning'Er County in Simao prefecture of Yunnan, these Golden Needles are an experiential pleasure from the perspective of sight, smell and taste. Only the buds were picked to produce this tea which was then lightly wilted and carefully processed in order to keep the delicate flavor and leaf shape intact.
Brewing Notes
Using 205°F water, steep 1/2 gram of leaf per ounce of water for 3-4 minutes. For successive infusions steep at least 5 minutes.
